He was predeceased by: his parents, Jarold McIntosh and Maxine McIntosh; and his sons, Andy and Joey. He is survived by: his daughter Bobbi Gagnon (Stan); his grandsons, Austin Gagnon (Laura) and Dillon Gagnon; his niece Tess Ridgway (Adam); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ben and Zach Ridgway; his nephew Jason Phipps (Lisa); his former wives, Kathy Bickel (Ron) and Sandra Davis; and also Libbey Phipps.
