He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Blackwell and Beatrice Blackwell (Friend); his brothers, Doug Blackwell, Dwight Blackwell and Donnie Blackwell; and his daughter Theresa Blackwell.
He is survived by: his children, Tammie Lewallen (Don) of Cartersville, Georgia, Terri Hill (Shane) of Cartersville, Georgia, Audie Blackwell (Shannon) of Page, Arizona and Angell Blackwell of Rogue River, Oregon; and his siblings, Darrell Blackwell of Oregon, Iris Hollenbeck of Oregon, Carol Beaman of Missouri and Maggie Pedroza (Robert) of Arizona. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and greatgrandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
