He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rufus Howard and Icey Atchison Blevins; his daughter Rachel Gilmore; his sister Barbara Youngblood; his wife Pat; his daughters, Deborah Huey of Galena, Amanda Coates of Galena, Ashleigh Higly of Reno and Danie Thornton of Galena; and his siblings, Dorothy Faucett of Spokane, Sondra Bryant of Highlandville, Brenda Curtis of Blue Mound, Kansas, Bill Blevins of Mansfield and Tim Blevins of Justin, Texas. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren other relatives and friends.
