She was predeceased by: her parents, George Elmer Fox and Myrtle Fox (Wells); her husband James Neal Keithley; her stepmother Viola Fox; her sisters, Jessie Marie Barton, Ethylen Short and Ruth Ann Hemphill; and her stepsiblings, Dorthy Gray and Billy Andoe.
She is survived by: her daughter Janice Farley (Jerry) of Galena; her grandchildren, James Brian Farley (Deanna) of Galena, John Farley (Cynthia) of Clever, Joey Farley (Cynthia) of Galena and Jeri Ann Farley of Lexis, Kansas; and her sister Betty Richardson of Cape Fair. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren.
