She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Carter and Pansy Carter (Collins); her spouse Windol Collins; her children, Madena Lakey, Allen Collins, Marlon Collins and Nancy Parks; her son-in-law Dale Chisam; her grandson Ethan Golay; her great grandchild Sherronna Carson; and her siblings, Carl Carter and Naomi Dominguez.
She is survived by: her children, Tony Collins (Judy), Julie Pippin (Don), Anita Cobb (Aubrey) and Melody Golay; her children-in-law, Alma Collins and Marion Parks; and her siblings, Larry Carter, Averill Carter, Bill Carter, Gladys Wyas, Violet Wake and Lena Shipley. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
