She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ralph and Dohna Fay Mahan (Bushong); and her siblings, Nettie Hudson, Jim Mahan, Phillip Lee Mahan and Tom Mahan.
She is survived by: her husband Gregory Mullins; her children, Chance Mullins (Becki Wells) and Ashley Lavelle (Michael); her grandchildren, Marley Rose Lavelle, Jimmy Oliver Mullins and Rylan Wells; and her brother Jerald Mahan. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
