He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel William "Bill" and Rosezelle Boyer (Davis); and his brother Leroy Boyer. He is survived by: his cousins, Tom Pitcock, Mary of Gainesville, MO, Bob Davis, Linda of Gassville, AR, Bill Pitcock of Valpraiso, NE, Jim Pitcock, June of Paradise, CA and Anna Whisnant of Gainesville, MO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
