He is survived by: his wife Alice M. Dominowski; his children, Trace Warrick (Christine), D'Arlyn Bell (Matt) and Jill Warrick; his siblings, Larry Warrick and Patricia Warrick (Chuck); his father-in-law Harry Dominowski (Joan); and his siblings-in-law, John Dominowski (Susan), Harry Dominowski (Dana), Tom Dominowski (Lori), Tizz Ciaciuch (Tom), Julie Dominowski and Judy Dominowski.
