She was predeceased by: her parents, Alonzo "Lonnie" Blisard and Helen Blisard (Ebrite); her siblings, Bonnie Hackathorn, Eunice Elsworth, Vance Blisard and Joe Bill Blisard; her son Joseph Lee Gott; her stepdaughter Sandy English; and her grandson Daniel Joseph Hicks.
She is survived by: her daughter Lynnette Samantha Weaver (Sam); her stepchildren, Randy Conardy, Ronnie Conardy and Beverly Duncan; her grandchildren, Lynnette Samantha Lee Sweeden, Megan Owens and Michael Gott; and her great grandchildren, Devin Joseph Hicks, Jeffrey Sweeden, Victoria Owens and Ian Owens. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
