Guavana Sims Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Guavana Sims of Gainesville, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 10, 2025 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Guavana Sims to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernie Eslick and Chloe Eslick; her husband John R. Sims; her sister Veta; and her grandchildren, Nikki Hood and Cody Hood.
She is survived by: her children, Katherine Coffman (Joe) of Midland, Texas, Rick Sims (Sugar) of Englewood, Florida, Terry Sims (Vickie) of Harrison, Arkansas and Jeania Hood of Ozark. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sims Cemetery. A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Roller Funeral Home (25 Co Rd 27, Mountain Home, AR 72653).
