It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Analie Newman of Gainesville, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on March 6, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Zelma Leona Sumner (Smith) and Charles Curtis Sumner; her husband Duane Leon Newman; and her siblings, Charles Sumner, David Sumner, Leona Zurbriggen, Rosalie Rheer and Elizabeth Sumner.
She is survived by: her children, Russell James Sheppard of Gainesville, Terry Lynn Sheppard of Gainesville, Douglas Eugene Sheppard, Bryan Edward Sheppard of Forsyth, Billy Joe Sheppard of Hermitage, TN and Peggy Sue Walrath of Gainesville; and her siblings, Janice Barciszewski and William Sumner of Poplar Bluff. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
