It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Rae O'Bannon (Fulton, Missouri), who passed away on April 6, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Bullock and Ozie Bullock (Franklin); her husband John O'Bannon; and her siblings, Arnold Bullock and Della Mae Sisk.
She is survived by: her daughter Lori O'Bannon Harmon; her son-in-law David Harmon; her grandchildren, Aaron of St. Charles, Logan of St. Charles and Lauren Harmon of St. Charles; and her nieces, Brenda Bullock Lewald and Vickie Bullock Shirlen of Detroit.
