He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Steve Payne and Michelle Payne (Gustafson); his brothers, Michael and Devin Payne; his significant other Megan Custard; his grandparents, Leonard of Fulton, Janice Payne of Fulton, Tom of Fulton and Cathy Gustafson of Fulton; his aunts, Laura Nelson (Willie) and Lisa Cumins (John); his cousin Levi Nelson (Danielle); his close friend Blake Scoggins; and also, Elliott Nelson, Sidney Nelson, Cameron Cumins and Caitlynn Cumins. He was also cherished by many great aunts, great uncles, and cousins.
