He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Emmerich and Agnes Emmerich (Nanneman); his brothers, Frankie Joseph and Thomas Kent; and his brothers-in-law, Walter Risch and Charles Darron.
He is survived by: his siblings, John Emmerich of Salisbury, MO, Gene Emmerich (Christine) of Platte City, MO, Carolyn Risch-Darron of Fulton, MO, Linda Tomassoni of Phoenix, AZ and Diane Quertermous (Mark) of Humble, TX. He is also survived by several aunts, nieces and nephews.
