She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jerome H. O'Neal and Elizabeth O'Neal; her spouse Rupert Durwood Payne; her sons, Patrick O. Payne and Michael B. Payne (Lisa) of Fulton; her granddaughters, Mary Amanda "Mandy" Bell (Daniel) and Katie Elizabeth Payne of Fulton; her great grandchildren, Drake Michael Payne-Pittman, Milo Lawrence Payne, Addison Elizabeth Bell and Lucas Ovid Bell; and her sister-in-law Doris Reed of Orem.
