He was predeceased by: his parents, James Alvin Dooley and Louise Dooley (Foster); his daughter Susan Duncan Moore; his grandson Tyler Duncan; and his sister Alveta Jones.
He is survived by: his wife Doris Dooley (Chisham); his children, James Joseph "Jim" Dooley of Fulton, Debbie Brown (Kerry) of Cypress and Joyce Dooley (Lynn Lee) of Fulton; his son-in-law Rick Moore; his brother Larry Dooley (Teddy) of Troy; his grandchildren, Kayla, Jaime, Katlyn, Haley, Jeron, Ryan, Howie, Kyra, Kenzie, J. D. and Joey; and his great grandchildren, Kayden, Tucker, Mason, Raeleigh, Mila, Boone Dale and Kai.
