He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Loucks and Delores Maureen Loucks (Simpson); and his brother Ronald Lee Loucks Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Loucks (Sapp); his son Billy Loucks (Tonya); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Loucks (Jacob Bellomy) and Austin Loucks; and his brothers, Raymond "Bub" Loucks of Fulton and Everett Leroy Loucks of Fulton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
