He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Frederick Johnsten and Rachel Louise Johnsten (Dunham); his sister Delores Johnsten-Waller; and his sister-in-law Debbie Nowlin (Albert). He is survived by: his wife Judy Johnsten (Lunsford); and his stepsister Joyce Feeman. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
