He was predeceased by: his father Ray Smith; and his brother Michael Smith. He is survived by: his mother Lenna Smith (Garrison) of Fulton; his wife Glenda Smith (Bush); his daughters, Cindy Bennett (Josh) of Nixa and Rebecca Clayberg (Phillip) of Mountain Home; his grandchildren, Brynlee Bennett, Easton Clayberg, Ronald Clayberg and Melissa Clayberg; and his great grandchildren, Ky'Aire Bratten and Maquelah Clayberg.
