He is survived by: his wife Vernita Ann Ballard (Barnhouse); his sons, Rickey Ballard Jr. (Dawnita), Charles Ballard and Eddie Lee Ballard; his siblings, Dan, Frank (Tammy), John, Shelbey (Kathy), Dave Ballard, Joanie Ballard and Vickie Leake (Chuck); his sisters-in-law, Rose Ballard and Bonnie Ballard; his grandchildren, Cheyanne, Nancy, Adam, Amanda, Jetta and Drake; and his great grandchildren, Austin, Kya, Zeaken, Addison, Riley and Jocelyn.
