She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Leroy Turner and Bessie Marie Turner (Littrell); and her brother Gary Leroy Turner. She is survived by: her husband Harold Coffelt; her sons, Ricky Coffelt (Renee) of Fulton and Kevin Coffelt (Tracy Hook) of Fulton; her siblings, Larry David Turner (Barbara) of Fulton, Edith Dunlap of New Florence and Doris Lee Rodenbaugh of Rush Hill; her grandchildren, Derrick Coffelt, Bethany Coffelt, Rachel Coffelt, Ethan Coffelt and Kara Coffelt; and her close friend Linda Hook (Audrey Vaughn). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
