She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. Albert and Leola Davis McBride; her husband James Henry Hughes (Jimmy); and her siblings, James McBride Sr., Leroy McBride, Durwood Sam McBride, Arnold Ray McBride Sr. (Bake), Percy McBride, Pauline Page and Ruby Pemberton Bell.
She is survived by: her siblings, Jack, Dr. Charles McBride of Muskegon Heights, MI and Martha Rose Galbreath (Kenneth) of Fulton, MO. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorial donations may be made to the Antioch Baptist Church or Calvary Baptist Church.
