He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Wilson Boulware and Jalie Faye Boulware (Davis); and his uncles, G. H. Shryock and Raymond O. Davis. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Joyce Boulware (Austin); his children, Jody Miller (Cory), Stephen Boulware (Rachel) and Troy Boulware (Christy); his brother Don Boulware (Anna) of Moscow Mills; his aunts, Verna Shryock of Columbia and Sharon Fike Davis of Troy; and his grandchildren, Corynne, Cade Miller, Peyton, Blake, Reese Boulware, Nolan, Landon and Lila Boulware. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
