He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter "Jack" Curtis and Mary Catherine Curtis On (Gregory). He is survived by: his spouse Patricia Ann Curtis (Sellers); his daughters, Diane Bartley (Kenneth) of Columbia, Judy Donnell of Columbia and Nancy Elkthunder (Jim) of Fulton; his sisters, Jewell Wuertz (Howard) of Az and Barbara Hayes of Fulton; his grandchildren, Angela Reeder (Joseph) of Columbia, Rachel Donnell of Seattle and Michael Donnell of St. Louis; and his great grandchildren, Maxwell Reeder and RuthAnn Reeder.
