She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Brown and Eddie Mae Brown (Johnson); her husband Leslie 'Gene Stephens; and her siblings, Lois Fern Batye, Betty Jean Smith, Walter Brown and Bill Brown.
She is survived by: her mother-in-law Myrtle Mae Stephens (Cuno); her stepson Dennis Stephens; her daughter-in-law JoAnn Stephens (Berry) of St. Charles; her granddaughter Patricia Hope Stephens of Chesapeake Virginia; and her sisters, Anna Mae Stephens of Gower, Frances Lee Stephens and Emily Kay Whelton of Columbia.
