He was predeceased by: his father Charles Edward Cooke; his son Nathan; his brothers, Blaine Cooke and Tracy Cooke; and his granddaughter Haley Cooke.
He is survived by: his mother Rowena Cooke (Mosley); his wife Dianna Cooke (Rinkel); his son Travis Cooke; his siblings, Edward Cooke and Jennifer Cooke (Michael Bodine) of Columbia; his grandchildren, Aleah Cooke and Levi Cooke; and his niece Tessa Bodine.
