He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Leeper and Maddie Holloway (Hoover); his wife Nancy Leeper; his siblings, Don Leeper, Dean Leeper, Gary Leeper, Larry Leeper, Marvin Leeper and June Brown; his granddaughters, Danielle and Chelsea Murphy; his great grandchildren, Olivia Leeper and Jeremiah Murphy; and his niece Tami Reynolds.
He is survived by: his children, David Leeper (Mikki Mealy) of Fulton and Melody Murphy (Tommy Lansford) of Fulton; his siblings, Steve Leeper (Brenda) of Fulton and Hazel Plaster (Gordon) of Fulton; his grandchildren, Ashlea Wohlers (Cory), Kaitlin Murphy (Charles McClelland), Mystic Leeper, Megan Leeper (Dusty Baumgartner), Morgan Leeper, David Leeper (Nicole) and Daniel Leeper; and his great grandchildren, Savannah Baumgartner, Hunter Wohlers, Cameron Wohlers, Myah Hunt, Chance Leeper, Haven McClelland and Hazel McClelland.
