She was predeceased by: her parents, John Shannon Nichols and Oleta May Nichols (Lockett); her husband Richard Raymond Warner; her brothers, Murray Lynn Nichols, Elvin Lee Nichols and Leland Mark Nichols; and her great-nephew Michael Carlin Nichols.
She is survived by: her pet Sweetie; her sister-in-law Rebecca Nichols; her niece Angie Leigh Nichols Parkes (Andrew); her nephews, Mark Anthony Nichols and Shannon Matthew Nichols (Rachel); her great-niece Shirley Ellena Williams; and her great-nephews, Eli Quinton Nichols, Skyler Lucas Nichols, Wade Matthew Nichols, Mark Jacob Nichols and Robert Lewis Williams II.
