He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Twitchell and Helen Twitchell (Salmons); his son Timothy Eugene Meadows; and his sister-in-law Arenda Sue Witt. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Twitchell (Witt); his children, Tammie (Kevin), Brian (Megan) and Dustin (Melissa); his grandchildren, Shawn (Amber), Dane, McKayla (Josh), Makyjah, Abby, Annabelle, Aubrielle, Dalton, Peyton, Lacey, Eric and Alyssa; and his great grandchildren, Nathan, Tuff, Jameson, Mia and Vance.
