He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Horstman and Dorcas A. Horstman (Becker); and his brother-in-law Bill Lister. He is survived by: his wife Rhea Horstman (Estep); his stepsons, Paul David Drake (Mina) of Portland and Curtis Allen Williams of Pine; his sister Karen Lister (Wayne Pearson) of Mokane; his grandchildren, Dean Beckman (Victoria), Pauliana La Rosa, Mia Drake and Chayce Williams; his great grandchildren, Mallory Beckman, Melody Beckman and Xavien La Rosa; and his nephews, Dylan Lister and Blake Lister.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Maupin Funeral Home - Fulton (301 Douglas Blvd, Fulton, MO 65251). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
