He was predeceased by: his parents, James Terzick and Joan Terzick (Staats); and his siblings, James Terzick, Jacqueline Manick and Cindy Terzick.

He is survived by: his son Kenneth Terzick Jr. (Sarina Wilson) of Fulton; and his siblings, Michael Terzick (Terri), James Savage, Nancy Roulston (Edward), Joanie Krizer, Beverly Baker (Dennis), Suzie Ryba and Debbie Graper (John). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
