He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Attebery and Fern Attebery (Daro); his siblings, W. T. Attebery (Neat), Doris Black (Bud) and Jean Means (Kenneth); his nephew Alan Sheets; and his niece Trudy Riddle.
He is survived by: his children, Pam Fuller (Eric), Jan Dawson (Bruce) and Jeff Attebery (Felicia); his grandchildren, Josh, Abe Fuller, Lana Hunt (Casey), Jenna Dawson and Morgan (Sydney Attebery); his great grandchildren, Noah Fuller, Saida, Winifred and Silas Fuller; and his wife Carol Backer. He is also survived by children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
