He is survived by: his wife Elsie Maddox; his daughters, Vicky Hopsecker and Kara Shumate (John); his daughter-in-law Ronda Hopsecker; his sister Florence Pickering; his sister-in-law Blanche Hopsecker; his grandchildren, Lathan Hopsecker (Misty) of Douglas, Ryan Hopsecker (Amanda) of Wheatland, Colten Hopsecker (Carla) of New Bloomfield, Luke Horstman (Dani) of Fulton, Landon Horstman of Gravois Mills, DeLaney Horstman of Columbia, Cassidy Dornan (Reagan) of Versailles, Ben Shumate of Louisville and Kylie Shumate of Mokane; and his great grandchildren, Gavin Hopsecker, Keila Hopsecker, Abigale Hopsecker, Jabin Hopsecker, Hays Dornan, Dicy Dornan and Blakley Horstman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
