He was predeceased by: his spouse Karen Blackburn (Perry); and his siblings, Virginia Blackburn and Harrison Blackburn. He is survived by: his children, Joey Blackburn (Michelle) of Gonzales, Darrell Blackburn of Argyle and Deborah Wester (Sam) of Dallas; his stepdaughters, Lori Griffith (Ash) of Fulton and Deana Maurice of Rockport; and his siblings, Daniel Blackburn of Portland and Elizabeth Holloway of New Melle. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
