He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira McGartland and Helen McGartland (Meyer); and his siblings, Robert McGartland and Patricia Menne. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Gross (Kenneth) of Fulton, Mary Lu Hogan (Larry) of Wildwood, Jacquelyn Horn of Mehlville and Kevin McGartland (Patricia) of Mexico; his sister Catherine Heyl of Tampa; his grandchildren, Kimberly Pierce, Kristen Gross, Kelly Gross, Sean Hogan, Kara Hogan, Jacob Horn, Nicholas Horn, Hannah Horn, Michelle Hoefner, Paul Hoefner and Keith Bussler; and his great grandchildren, Jayden and Claire.
