He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Locke and Gertrude Locke (Hill). He is survived by: his wife Diane Locke; and his children, Jennifer, Johnathan, Dawn and Anna Locke. He is also survived by one brother; five sisters; and many grandchildren.
