It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Richard Norton (Fulton, Missouri), born in Unionville, Missouri, who passed away on December 12, 2018, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Othel Norton and Dorthy Anna Norton (Richmond); and his sister Bonnie J. Bruce. He is survived by: his spouse Vivian Lou McDermit Norton (Zuroweste); his children, Brent Norton of De Soto, Richard Norton of Fulton and Gayla Weber (Keith) of Auxvasse; his stepchildren, Mike McDermit (Denise) of Columbus, Randy McDermit (Cecilia) of Columbia and Brenda Maddox (Jeff) of Auxvasse; and his brother James L. Norton (Erma) of Columbia. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; 3-1/2 great-grandchildren; two nieces; and two nephews.
