He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Pemberton and Vergie Pemberton (Duncan). He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Pemberton (Ambrose); his daughters, Marlo Newman (Jeff) of Fulton and Amanda Attebery (Greg) of Fulton; his siblings, Richard Pemberton (Sharon) of Jefferson City, Nancie Duncan (Shirrel) of Osage Beach and Mary Pemberton of Osage Beach; his grandchildren, Darian Stinson (Beau), Joshua Newman (MaKayla), Cody Attebery (Shelby), Zachary Attebery (Nicole) and Hannah Mealy (Levi); and his great grandchildren, Henry Stinson, Presley Attebery and Kendyl Attebery.
