He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ival McKee and Gladys Irene McKee (Pearcy); his wife Geraldine Faye McKee (Brown); his children, James Edwards McKee and Julie Faye Eaker; and his brothers, Ralph "Boots" McKee and Ernest McKee.
He is survived by: his children-in-law, David Eaker and Connie Mckee; and his grandchildren, Johnny Eaker (Krista), Dennis Eaker (Jennifer), Andrew Eaker, Bobby McKee (Rhiannon), Annie Arnone (Josh), Mark McKee, Jennifer Brunholtz (Matt) and Morganne McKee. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
