He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Coffelt and Ruth Coffelt (Landers); his wife Patricia Coffelt (Turner); and his brothers, Clarence Eddie Coffelt, Elmer Gene Coffelt and Kenneth David Coffelt.
He is survived by: his sons, Ricky Coffelt (Renee) of Fulton and Kevin Coffelt (Tracy) of Fulton; his sister Barbara Henry of Ohio; and his grandchildren, Derrick Coffelt (Jordan Goodin), Bethany Coffelt, Rachel Coffelt, Ethan Coffelt, Kara Coffelt and Rikkah Wheat. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
