He is survived by: his wife Thelma Stephens (Cochran); his sisters, Myrna Pitchford (Duane) of Lodi, Cheryl Pitts of Moorhead and Michelle Allen of Oroville; his children, Gerald Stephens Jr. (Sharon) of Shelton, Trudy Stephens-Baker (Danny) of Fulton, Lori Conner of Mokane and Murry Scott Stephens of Holts Summit; his grandchildren, Lea Anna Brewer (Rickie) of Prattville, Adam Stephens of Bremerton, Kristin Scaggs (Levi) of Port Orchard, Eric Conner (Kelsey) of Chester, Brooke Conner of Fulton, Austin Baker of Fulton, Kennedy Anderson (Dylan) of Fulton and Celeste Templin (Joe) of Maricopa; and his daughter-in-law Rita Stewart of Prattville.
