He is survived by: his spouse Mary "Jane" Groce (Littrell); his daughter Amy Craddock of Fulton; his great grandchildren, Adrianna and Macy; his brother-in-law Bob Porter of St. Charles; his son Tom David Groce; his sister Margaret Lee "Maggie" Sample; his sister-in-law Bette Porter; and also, Earl O'Rourke, Pat O'Rourke and Lenora Gibson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a lengthy list of friends.
