She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie L. Reid and Sylvia M. Reid (Thomas); and her husband Leonard "Gene" Nelson. She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Nelson (Christine) of Lee's Summit, Randy Nelson (Tracy) of Lebanon, Russell Nelson (Bonnie) of Fulton, Richard Nelson (Janet) of Fulton and Bonnie Sanders (Mark) of Holts Summit; her siblings, Edward Reid of Stoutland, Helen Cornelison of Lebanon, Doris Piercy of Lebanon, Ina Piercy of Lebanon, Della Piercy (Bill) of Lebanon, Joyce Owens (Eddie) of Lebanon and Karen Simmons (Joe) of Lebanon; her grandchildren, Nichole (Zeke), Courtney (Jesse), Megan (Glenn), Sarah (Brad), Leo Craig, Emily (Austin), Natalie, Ruby, Aaron (Bethani), Nathan, Nichelle, Laura, Taylor, Faith, Ethan, Gracie, Andy and Landon; and her great grandchildren, Hallie, Hayden, Henlee, Ryder, Reese, Treyvion, Asher, Emma and Benjamin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
