She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul W. Angel and Minnie T. Angel (Duncan); her brother Harold T. Angel; and her granddaughter Brittany R. DeLozier. She is survived by: her significant other Charles Cooper; her children, Mike Oliver (Kimberly) of Columbia, Paula Hoover (Jerry) and Spencer Vance of Fulton; her brother Jack Angel (Nancy) of Seattle; her grandchild Jessie M. Bell; and her great grandchildren, Aiden J. Oliver, Khali D. Bell and Khalida R. Bell.
