He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Estes Anthony and Grace Bernice Anthony (Evens). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn S. Anthony (McKenzie); his daughters, Dawn Grace Anthony and Misty Kirkwood; his sisters, Cherly Anthony Kolb and Barbara Anthony; and his grandchildren, Lee Kirkwood, Tabitha Samuel and Elizabeth Lowe. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
