He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Bullard and Edna Bullard (Baker); his close friend Judith Ann Bullard (Gilmore); his sons, Chuck Bullard, Dewey Bullard Jr. and Buddy Edwards; and his sister Vickie McKinney.
He is survived by: his sons, Travis Bullard (Danelle) and Keith Edwards (Rebecca); his siblings, Robert Dean Blackburn, Lois Barnes (Jack), Patty Dunkle (John) and Pam Rector (Don); and his pet Bubba. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
