She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Locke and Elizabeth N. Talbot; and her brothers, Larry Joe Locke and Russell Ray Locke. She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" V. Fitzsimmons; her children, Jimmy Fitzsimmons (Natalie), Mike Spencer (Megan McGrath) and Kimberly Johnson (Rodney "Chilly"); her sister Sharon Burks (Brad); and her grandchildren, Xavier, Layne, Lathan, Trace, Cole, Case, Ellie and Lynnie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
