He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Cashion and Mary Irene Cashion (Barnes); his spouse Beverly J. Carnaghi; his siblings, Donna Trisler and Randy Cashion; and his granddaughter Alexis Ellsworth.

He is survived by: his children, Andrea Cashion of Elkville, Shaun Cashion (Dawn) of Pinckneyville and Anson Cashion (Sarah) of Du Quoin; his grandchildren, Sadie Lewis (Branden), Kadie Ridgeway (Davey), Ashton Bruzan, Morgan Cashion (Caleb) and Hadlyn Cashion; and his brother Jerry Cashion of Holts Summit, MO.. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
