He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Lee Niedergerke, Sr. and Lorena; his siblings, Jewell Anderson, Raynald Niedergerke and Loren Kay Niedergerke; his grandson Seth Thomas; and his daughter-in-law Amy Niedergerke (Billie Anna Niedergerke).
He is survived by: his spouse Billie Anna Niedergerke (Martin); his children, Carol Riegert (Steve) of Lake Ozark, Carey Niedergerke of New Bloomfield and Cathy Thomas (Doug) of Fulton; his grandchildren, Christopher Scott Payne (Stacey), Aaron Payne (Jess), Autumn Young (Rory), Kelsay Fletchall (Dallas), Jessica Winfrey (Brandon), Cailtin Thomas and Sam Niedergerke; his great grandchildren, Kennedy Payne, Harrison Payne, Caroline Young, Avery Young, Thomas Fletchall, Calvin Fletchall and Madeline Winfrey; his brother Gary Niedergerke (Barb); and his siblings-in-law, Jack, Ann Ruffel and Glenda Niedergerke. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
