He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Ray Cassiday (Sonny); his grandparents, Birney Oliver, Elva Josephine Gosser (Campbell), Vernon Omar (Jack) and Letha Faye Cassiday (Aldridge); and his uncle Walter Lee Cassiday (Peewee).
He is survived by: his mother Mary Ellen Beeler (Gosser) of Lancaster, Missouri; his sister Shelly Cassiday of Columbia, Missouri; his aunts, Tammy Buckallew (Dannie) of Greentop and Karen Cassiday of Illinois; and also, Erin Babb and Lorelie Babb of Columbia.
